It fits nicely in my ip 6 quart duo. Great for steaming vegetables.
Cons
It still works a few months later, but i'm throwing it in the recycle bin and replacing it. I am disappointed that i paid for this, it is defective and am not able to return.

It is made of metal, great size, easy to lift out of the pan and durable.
The basket is sturdy and works very well.
This product is an upgrade as it has silicone on the feet, therefore no scratching of my new pots.
