Pros & Cons
Pros
Chefiq app is super simple and intuitive. The probes are slim and sharp and provide accurate internal and ambient temps. The sensors each have both meat temp and ambient temperature zones, so it is like having 3 meat sensors and 3 ambient sensors at a... Read More
Cons
Top shelf packaging and marketing, but bottom shelf product imho. The base has to literally be a few feet from my * and the base batteries don't charge. The app is the problem. Not able to get connect and then when connect the connection failed even w... Read More
It keep saying it was overheating when it was on set to 135 f. Meater+ is far superior to this p. My issue is with the accuracy of the temp readings--or lack thereof.
The wifi connection is unstable at best. We have an array of wireless therms, and this was the only one we've seen with such crippling connection issues.

Price
I purchased the 3 probe model because i knew the needs would arise, and it payed off.
It's small and great for the price.
A little pricey but they helped me cook for a family event without a glitch!
Shipping
Their customer service sent me a replacement immediately.
Competitiveness
I've used better wired, but of the handful of wireless that i've tried, this one is by far the best.
I looked carefully at both the chef iq and it's direct competitor, recommended to me by a neighbor, that comes in a wooden box.
I've used thermpro and tempspike but the chef iq is far better than either.
