Pros

The app is intuitive and easy to use, i love the notifications so i can relax and keep doing my thing. There is a little bit of a learning curve with the app, but after a few youtube videos, they work great. It is accurate and pretty nifty besides!

Stovetop, oven, grill, air fryer. Have used it at least a half dozen times. Having this to monitor cooking has provided meat that is cooked to perfection. Usually we make a stew or chili with leftover grilled meat.

Cons

The temp spike is inaccurate in both ambient and meat temp readings. After connecting it would constantly lose signal outside of 8 feet from the probe.

Easy to setup and makes cooking a breeze

The probe seems very well made and i have had no problem cleaning it.

After going through 3 yummly thermometers which all failed i punted and bought this one.

It is very smart, it knows when you pull the meat and the base actually talks and indicates you have removed it.

Price

So glad i did, this thing is great and cheaper.

However, for the price, i do wish it came with at least two probes instead of just one.

Competitiveness

Have not had any connectivity issues with this one, where i did with the other brand.

I purchased the ninja with the thermometer option, but wanted try the iq with this wireless option.

Smaller than other comparable devices which i like.
