Pros & Cons
Pros
The silicone protector fits well over the top but comes of easy enough to wash. I wash it in the dishwasher and it fits nicely in my gadget drawer. It is light, small, and easy to use.
It’s the perfect tool for preparing bell peppers for stuffing. All you need to do is rinse the pepper and start stuffing. I do a lot of canning and use peppers when making salsa.
It speeds up my processing a bit. It saves a lot of time.
In just 3 quick moves the pepper is cored and seeded. Yes, i still have to pull seeds and a little of the pith out, but it is not bad, really. It leaves the pepper in tact.
It is nicer than expected and works on more peppers than i thought it would too. It's easy to use and works best on medium to large peppers. He gets a lot of stuff and sees if it works.
Cons
It only works to take the top off, and leaves the bottom of the core untouched. This is always too small to be useful in removing the core. It wins for the dumbest thing i've ever bought on amazon!
Highlights
Quality
Cores peppers in about two seconds, works just like it says it does, well made and easy to clean.
Love the ease of use and the quality and performance of the product.
First time using it the product split my pepper in two, next couple of times the pepper corer did not removed all the core.
It is very sharp and pushes right through vegetables like butter.
