Stirring Efficiency

Customers have mixed opinions about the stirring efficiency of the Chef'n Nut Butter Stirrer for Most Mason Jars. While most agree that it makes stirring easier and more efficient than using a knife or fork, some customers have noted that it doesn't reach the bottom of the jar effectively and leaves a dry layer of peanut butter at the bottom. Additionally, some customers have mentioned issues with cleaning the stirrer due to the oil getting stuck in the cap and on the stirrer. Overall, the product has received mostly positive reviews for its ease of use and ability to keep hands and countertops clean during

The wand itself is perfect for stirring nut butters easily and efficiently by just moving it around, stirring it, scraping the ...  Read More

This was easier to use than a butter knife, the rubber top kept the oil from spilling, and it did a good job of stirring.

That said, there is no easy way to stir really separated peanut butter, unless maybe one of those paint can shakers.

If you tilt the wand the other way, the handle ends up in the middle and you can't turn the darn thing.

Competitiveness

But over all this is comparable to other stirrers, just with a different strength and weakness.

The jars i had and tried were common nut butter jars with standard 2 12 inch lid sizes but as you can see in the video the lid for the stirrer wont fit to screw on the two jars i have

Wish somebody would come up with one of these that works because theres a need out here

Lolrevision on 112721i was able to find the right sized jar that this actually fitsit fits the once again unsweetened organic sunflower seed butter jar that i just got from an order i placed elsewhere

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The jar mouth opening is 3 inches across and the lid for this stirrer screws on or more like pushes on so you can stir the butter with this stirrer

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

It actually did a pretty decent job if i wiggled it back and forth from side to side within the slit that the metal stirring wand goes through whilst stirring

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

After i stirred it that way i took the lid off again and removed the wand which was not very messy as the lid removed the excess nut butter as it passed through the slit as designed

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I then put it back in the jar and stirred again with a bit more flexibility without the slit in the lid being used as a guide

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Putting the actual jar mouth size in the listing for reference so people know it doesnt fit every type of nut butter jar would be helpful so ive attempted to give that information in this update
