Pros & Cons
Cons
This is a great idea, but not sturdy enough to do all the things it claims.
Highlights
Quality
Works excellent for cutting uniform quarters of turkey franks for jerky-like low-carb snack sticks.
I love this little slicer and the fact it is compact.
Soak quarters for a few days in refrigerator to reduce sodium (add a tablespoon of liquid smoke if desired), and fry for around 15 minutes.
We’ve had one for years and it finally broke so we replaced it.
Competitiveness
I bought one of these a couple years ago at a store, works better and faster than other options for grape cutters.
