It seems the plastic is most likely molded into it as i cannot find any sort of slot to indicate it is merely glued in or held in by pressure

It inevitably always left a bit of stuff that the handle missed and it was too difficult to try to draw it over the mesh by hand

I read a lot of reviews about the quality of the mesh my product is actually flawed where some of the mesh has come loose but its still useable
