When you take the baking sheet out of the oven you need to use the handles if you grab the edges with your fingers under the membrane you will deform it and crack some of the cookies

You do need to be careful with cleaning and storage because the membrane is vulnerable to puncturing

I will use it more as specialty equipment for baking something very sticky like florentines but continue to use my traditional cookie sheets with silpats or parchment paper for most of my baking
