Pros

Sharpens japanese-style knives with 15-16 degree bevels perfectly with only a few strokes.

Works perfectly. Loves this. Works great. Very satisfied. Love this.

This sharpener is expensive but worth every penny. Be sure to read the instructions. Definite improvement over the manual sharpener.
