Once it reached the desired temperature it would cycle on and off every few seconds making my small generator speed up and slow down rapidly

I would like to see 10 degree or even 5 degree increments as long as it didnt make the price go up

It’s a little annoying how the fan continues to go on after you’ve shut off the unit but this is how this particular kind completely cools down

Our glasstop stove is very bad at simmering at a low temp for a long time

Plus as an induction burner does not get hot it works by causing the bottom of the pan that is in contact with the induction surface to heat up there is not baked on over boil from pots the over boil cleans up the same way that a spill on a counter would clean up
