These gloves are lightweight and i can still feel what i am cutting. While it feels a little odd to wear gloves while chopping i think you will get use to it with a little bit of time. They fit well but is a little big at the fingertips.
These gloves are great for the kitchen. They're really excellent for opening oysters or shellfish. And most helpful for opening lobsters and *.

After cutting a dozen carrots the gloves were stained yellow and orange.
I purposely tried to cut my fingers and the knife did not cut the glove at all!

I personally do not like to have a glove on my knife holding hand but instead use the glove on the hand that is holding the product to be sliced
