Im only taking one star off for the following reason the heating element used is not strong enough to completely melt the chocolate when used outdoors in tennessee in june temps in the 90s light breeze so the chocolate clumped on the tiers before it could cascade all the way back into the pot making an ugly mess

This was easily enough remedied by adding a few teaspoons of oil to the chocolate but it still is a minor flaw in the design
