Customer service is excellent, very responsive. Great cookware. Will follow-up in the not so distant future. Compared to walmart the price is good.
The bottoms are perfectly flat which conducts heat well. They heat evenly and fast. Still practicing proper flame height for appropriate heat dispersion and cooking time.
No more scrubbing. If they get stained barkeepers friend cleans them up in a jiff. They are dishwasher safe, however, i handwash.
The are well made and work great. I see them outlasting me and my children using them. By all appearances the set is apparently durable and of good quality. These work as advertised.
Cons
The instructions say you can't go above medium flame. They scratch and discolor very easily.

I was hesitant to order without actually seeing the pot but i'm very pleased with the quality and look of these pots.
The product information i reviewed on line appears consistent with the product i received today.
By all appearances my opinion is the set is apparently durable and of good quality.

Price was great for this many quality pieces.

We dont need to use super high heat the handles never get hot and the big pots even have measuring lines

One pan has some oil burns i am struggling to get rid off but barkeepers friend has taken a lot off

Otherwise you will end up with things sticking due to not prepping correctly
