You can set the temperature to the range needed and put an inexpensive hydrometer in with spool to monitor the humidity level.
It was inexpensive and i do not feel bad cutting out the trays.
For the price, this is a good dehydrator.

I noticed complaints about the advertised temp setting in print it says 34185 degrees34 but it only goes to 158 degrees so i looked

I think this was an inadvertent typo in the ad and not intended to be misleading because if you hover over the image to enlarge it you clearly see the dial goes to 158 degrees

I looked at several dehydrators and all of the ones for average home use go to 158 degrees
