The one thing that bugs me is that the probe wire must pass from the inside of the basket to the outside and there is no built in path to do that

You have to pinch the wire between the basket and body and push hard on the basket to close it tight enough to start it

We are already getting kinks in the wire and i dont expect the probe to last long

I think it’s a windowseal matter here with the liquid

To avoid that i intend to buy an accessory that fit and use it if the recipe demands liquid
