Pros

It fit easily on my countertop providing about 4 inches of clearance to the underside of my cabinets. The unit works well and is quite versatile. I love how versatile it is.

The chefman is so easy to use. The digital function pad is responsive. The drip tray is integral to the unit and comes installed when shipped.

Air fryers are a great way to reheat food that wouldn't reheat well in the microwave. I don't deep fry food, but the air fry choice makes for nice crispy dinners. This cooks a whole pizza, frozen or homemade. The jerky is mostly done and delicious.

The dehydrator is especially good, since that's one we use a lot. This heats up sooo much faster than our regular oven.

Cons

Recommend you research before purchasing. This product totally ruins chefman’s reputation. My only complaint is that it is of poor quality.

Digital panel stop responding after 4 months.

The only option is to unplug it! The touch screen takes forever to set on this model. Once steam builds up inside the unit flashes a error2 code. Every time i turn it on it smells like burning wire.

Here is a pic of mine it is only 8 months old and the bottom of it is rusted out. I think the crust was somehow more limp than in the microwave!

Our first one arrived and i plugged it in and turned it on to ensure it worked.

First, i received a sent back product with signs of that which i was a bit irked about seeing as i was paying for a brand new product .

Packaging/appearance

I believe the box being damaged has everything to do with it dying out after only 3 months.

I should have sent it back, but i thought since the unit was packed in styrofoam it was protected from the damaged box.

Unpack the box, unwrap the trays & baskets; that’s it.

Competitiveness

Chefman had a less expensive one on some kind of sale but i liked the features on this one for us better.
