Pros

Good product but really needs a temp setting and timer. Having a waffle maker is a game changer. It is a lot more durable and lighter in weight than my old one.

Cons

Seems the plastic is cheap and because brittle after only using it once about every other week since december 2018. Not good. Seems really cheaply made to break that quickly. From my perspective just avoid at all costs.

Customer service has the gall to message me a month and a half after i contacted them. Unfortunately it’s a total dice roll when buying on amazon this happened to be my 5-2 offsuite. Buyer beware. Think twice before purchasing.

Very easy to use, cooks excellent waffles and easy to clean.

Simple and easy to use with the ability to adjust how dark and firm waffles cook.

Very small area to put something and it doesn't always cook the waffle inside and stuffing as stated in their description.

If you like one use kitchen gadgets this is fun but it's just sitting on a shelf in the pantry 10 months after purchase.

This was a great buy, the vue for the price is amazing.

I bought this for the price and ease .

They just stuck a shipping label on the product box and sent it that way.

My biggest complaint is that they put little care into shipping.

Of course i'm comparing it to the waffle maker that i had for 15 years and that's not fair as they don't make things like they used to!
