Pros
It's noisier than i'm used to but not annoying louder, it's kinda vibrate but all's good.
I like that this unit doesn't have any protruding parts, to open the door. We hade an lg one a while back, and this one is as good. I miss the push button door opener that i thought it had.
Easy clean, weekly with just a paper towel or two. Looks great with my stainless steel kitchen, and leaves some space on counter. The inside is not plastic which i'm so happy about because our last microwave was and stains plus smells just stick aroun... Read More
There is a push button on the lower right-hand side, and above that are the touchpad-style controls. There’s also a quick 30 second button to heat things for just 30 seconds.
Cons
Customer service is * poor, and the troubleshooting is wack. Would not uy again. It would be past the 30 day limit for returning items to amazon.
Since the first week we had it, this microwave periodically surges and trips our circuit breaker. Not only are multiples of these being delivered damaged by ups, the bad thing is that it works properly and sometimes it doesn’t.

Small, compact microwave that works perfectly at a great price!
It is above average for the price.
It does the job at a good price, quality wise is adequate at that price.
Shipping
The driver got it back and delivered to me.
The driver delivered to the wrong address and had to go back to get it from them, who had by then taken it inside their house.
Shipping was fast and free (prime membership) if you had used a digital microwave oven before.
Item shipped earlier than estimated even arrived one day before scheduled!
