Cons
There is no metal (magnet does not stick so not iron) so this is total plastic. Did not come in original oem packaging, shipped in a bag. Returning and refund.

Quality
This is very well built waffle iron and has worked very well since 2021 purchase.
This product is an excellent waffle maker, i made 6 perfect belgian waffles in about 10 minutes and they were great.
Cons: plates are not removable for easy cleaning and the sound when they are done is a light click that you can sometimes not hear.
Did not use ready(cooked) light as my done indicator-went by steam coming off waffles- seemed that way more accurate.
Price
Really nice waffle maker for the price!
All in all, this is a good waffle iron at a good price.

I shipped it back and was able to get a replacement from amazon for no extra cost.

The waffles are thicker than our old machine from a different brand, so the butter and maple syrup have a place to soak into.
I had looked different brands but the reciews always discouraged me.
