Pros
Black glass, stainless steel around the sides. Nice carrying handles, and thermostat control on the side. Sleek, clean and much larger than expected.
Heats nicely. Easy to use with your own dishes. Large surface holds a number of serving bowls or platters. Great for gatherings.
Je suis satisfaite de mon achat et j`ai déjà évalué par contre j`aimerais apporter ce commentaire. Afin de réduire la vapeur dans mes contenants, j`ajoute un scoth towel sur mes aliments.
It keeps the food warm at dinnertime. Adjustable heat dial makes keeping food at good temperatures easy. Keeps food warm without burning/cooking everything.
Cons
It is not evenly heated. It seems the burner is at the center so the outside is not well heated. The quality is so-so.

This is super easy & fantastic equipment looks chic & very functional
Surface space allows for multiple vessels, food is kept to a perfect temperature, used for bowls of vegetables, meats and gravies!
The biggest issue is the heating element goes straight across the middle so the corners, top and bottom don’t get much heat.
First time i used them i put it on high and it literally burned my food (which i spent 4 hours preparing).

You will probably need to lower the heat to low to medium after initially starting at high
