Pros

I love not having to worry about it getting wet. Cleans up fast.

Cons

Thermostat is off (gets too hot). Cooks unevenly. It is not non-stick and shows permanent burnt spot where the heating element is.

The best things about it is it is very lightweight, has enough space for 6 pancakes/sandwiches, and is immersible/dishwasher safe.

I used to use a griddle on my stove but the heat was distributed evenly over two burners.
