The non stick surface is very good and very easy to clean.
It says dishwasher safe but there’s no way i’m doing that, easy way to ruin the nonstick.
This griddle does not cook evenly pancakes are not fully cooked in the center grossly white!

This griddle is priced right, cleans up super fast, and cook time is exceptional.
Great for price, well made, take in our camper!

But for the price it works well and is easy to clean when done.

Temperature controlled but whrn you use it for the first time dont crank up the temperature or it will smoke up your kitchen
