Pros
It heats the water really quickly and the water stays hot. It boils in a reasonable amount of time and works fine in every way. The bottle dispenser works perfectly for mugs as well and that way the hot water doesn't splash everywhere.
Cons

Only had the unit for 5 months. Plugged it in one day and nada. Perhaps they only make it to last one month after the warranty expires!

Quality
Pumping it twice fills up a cup very quickly even with the nearly empty pot.
This has not been the case with the other pots.

Don't think that the price is to low its an amazing product!

Make sure you fill only to the line and let it boil and drain via the spout at least three times before use

As for the manual dispense on the lid you have to be careful or you can burn your hand as hot water will come out of the vent in the back and splash your fingers
