The electric pump is great. Have previously owned panasonic water heaters.
This dispenser is a must have for any tea drinker. Its ridiculously convenient also for making tea and coffee. It comes in soo handy when you need to make a quick bottle for your baby as well!

I thought i was going insane when i bought one it didnt work then returned it and got another one that had the same issue

I then decided to switch and pay the extra money to get a new one and it works exactly as expected

The only explanation i can see is that faulty models are being returned but then resold despite the fault so beware when buying used

I dont notice a significant dip in temperature for at least 56 hours and then i just reboil and it takes less than 20 minutes

But for some odd reason the one that i bought for my brother as a gift he informed me that the inside of it wasnt cleaned when he was going to be using it for the first time
