This device takes care of all your concerns for you. Water gauge on the side is convenient and allows you to see how much water is left. Also has a screen in the spout to filter out any impurities.
I like the recyclable material they include. It's a soft shade that's not too pink. Also looks very sleek in the kitchen.
Good positive click. I hope it lasts a long time. There are so. Many things i would recommend, i hope this was helpful!

It boils water quickly and it gets hot but then so does a teapot on the stove so i dont know why some are surprised that a kettle of boiling water is hot

I have owned the glass version of their kettle and the pop open lid design constantly failed from the heat from boiling
