Pros
It heats up fast and pours well. The pour handle stays cool but the kettle itself does get hot. Heats super quick.
Light is on when boiling cycle then switches off so you know when it’s turned on. White indicator light is when it's powered on and in standby mode. Heats pretty fast, under 3 minutes to boil a liter of water.
The on/off functionality is great.
Cons
The leaking is so intense that all the water that is added is being drained, which will result in a potential electrical hazard. Handle gets hot when pouring the water.

I have owned the glass version of their kettle and the pop open lid design constantly failed from the heat from boiling.

Chefman makes great kitchen products at very affordable prices, and this electric kettle is no exception.
So, this will pay for itself in no time.
Not the quickest to boil, but for the price i paid i’m happy with it.
The price is great, the tea kettle isn't too loud, and i like the wide opening on it so that its easier to clean.

It arrived in a nice box suitable for gifting!

Not sure if it’s just my unit that is dodgy but heat and i think it’s steam heat gets past the bottom part of the switch and can scald your fingers when pouring

At first i thought it wasn’t working until i realized the light was backwards

She didnt want it because she likes her whistling kettle but i was worried about her forgetting to shut off the stove
