Pros

It heats quickly. It tastes so much better when brewed at the proper temp. I like that it keeps my tea warm for an hour and also times brewing at 3 minutes.

Kettle is boro-silicate thermal glass with stainless steel trim and is an attractive addition to our kitchen. It boils in 3 minutes and can stay hot up to 1 hour on standby.

We rate it absolutely counter-worthy, a full 5-stars in every way. I have only one complaint but it’s minor. Honestly i have no complaints, it works exactly as it should.

Cons

Kettle has begun to leak. After the heating cycle the led turns green, the temperature starts dropping immediately. It is less than 10 months old and has been leaking hot water.

It is excessive with the amount of beeping it does, however you can mute the beeps if you don't want them. Box looked like it was repackaged and just sent out. Returned for a refund, but still a huge disappointment.

Not enough options in the presets. New model is too noisy. Not insulated so there is the danger of accidental burning of hands.
