Food turns out crispy and delicious. This is one of the coolest things that has ever made me food.

Found this on sale and was so excited to use it. Easy to used, read instructions and use common sence. Overall, its practical.

Cons

This thing is a glorified toaster oven, plain and simple. There was an instruction manual but no recipe book. Can't get customer service by phone or email.

The timer thankfully works, but unfortunately the fryer doesn't. Without oil the food is dry, with oil it's soggy & oily. The numbers on the timer have almost completely rubbed off!

Although i did not buy my chefman on amazon i just wanted to say i loved this unit.

Saw a tv ad for this puppy for the phillips one, but after doing two hours of research i chose the chefman brand and definitely no regrets!
