Heating Time
Customers have mixed opinions regarding the heating time of the Chefman Fry Guy Deep Fryer. While some are pleased with its quick heating capabilities, others have reported inconsistent heating times and longer waits for oil to reach desired temperatures.
Highlights
Quality
It's easy to use, easy to clean and holds enough food for two people.
One of the best purchases for my kitchen i ever made.
The lid lifts completely off so it can be cleaned separately with soap and water.
My only complaints are it takes a long time to heat up and seems to turn off on its own if used for a long time.
Shipping
It arrived quickly and unfortunately for my waistline, we have been eating a ton of fried food.
Delivery people should probably be a little more gentle.
Competitiveness
I chose this one based on its price-amazing deal compared to other fryers.

I consider 375 to be the minimum for frying fish id much rather have it run up to 400 than cool down to 350
