Chefman slow cooker has a natural stoneware insert. Looks a bit shallow depth wise but holds a lot. The instructions are very clear, informative and simple to understand.

The stoneware crock is a nice touch and gets many compliments wherever i take it. It has a few light stains, but any stone ware will get those. This clay pot has a much lower lead level than glazed ones so is a safer affordable option.

Cooked a nice stew in it, took awhile but turned out good. Not as deep as the breville, but i just cooked 8 chicken thighs without overlap.

The top locks very securely and everything seems to have a nice snug fit. The locking lid is a great feature! Nice features, include a lockdown lid for moving this around securely to take to a party or such.
