Nice matching stainless steel finish with my kitchen appliances. I like the design and the capacity it holds. It holds 5.
Being a tea drinker, i love having hot water on demand, and this provides that. It keeps the water very hot (scalding) as long as it's plugged in. Make sure to use filtered water.
