Pros
It hides/removes scratches from the pets when they climb up on the couch and scratch it. Cleans the leather of my care and conditions it. My seats are all black leather and they seem to lighten up with use.

The label says conditioner but it finishes like a saddle soap. What used to be a fantastic leather conditioning cream now has the consistency of water and goes on blotchy. The armrest in the top portion of the picture is a whitish dried out color now.... Read More

This product works great condition leather and my truck and my leather couches.
Happy with the purchase, my car seats have started looking healthier.
I could have never done this with the first version of the product i purchased 2 years ago.
Just be aware that this product is a less concentrated version of the product i purchased 2 years ago.
Price
I am not sure that i needed such a huge container but the price point made it hard to resist.
Packaging/appearance
If you removed the cap and turned the bottle upside down, the product would not run out unless you squeezed the bottle.
I refilled my application bottle using a funnel and pouring from the gallon jug into the bottle.
Competitiveness
I also use this on my wife's properly finished leather.
The original 16oz product was very thick.

With the gallon version i recently purchased the conditioner flows out like a thick pea soup

I suspect the conditioner is made of the same formula and smells the same but that it has been cut with a little water or other liquid chemical to allow the gallon jug to fill up with a less concentrated version of the product

To be honest perhaps this is how all the product is distributed nationwide since we have been having inflation
