Pros
Just takes a little, put it in water or a smoothie, & your inflammation goes way down. An added benefit in my case is that i no longer require stool softener twice a week. Reduces soreness over all for me.
Tastes like pure strength, not watered down. Have to pull 4 curled fingers straight each am. Great that we can subscribe that way i never run out. Just adds to the flavor.
Cons
Taste is quite objectionable and makes me think that this product is *. This makes me wonder if the product i received is real, or some flavored syrup!

Delicious and i think well worth the price.

We were getting an auto ship delivery from a well known company

We had issues with the shipment never making it because the tart cherry juice came in a glass bottle fed ex kept damaging the box in transit so i finally said later and tried this brand
