The flavor is amazing it's almost like a snack! This product is a tiny cherry flavored pill that tastes good.

It seems to have helped adjust my sleep pattern because it regulates my energy throughout the day. I nap a lot, and it helped a little with keeping me awake. They give me great energy in conjunction with maca root that i already take.

It is a vitamin that you're taking afterall! I like that it is a chewable, since i have difficulty swallowing pills. It is hard to find b12 chewable that isn't a gummy which wasn’t allowed.
