Pros

The cord is too long, but i just used the velcro clip to make it shorter. If you want your hair silky, shiny & smooth!

Product works well. The recipient is very happy. Overal satisfied with purchase to date. The current version is almost identical but with better plug system that won't break.

Cons

It smells like burning plastic every time i plug it in. It has no temperature control, gets insanely hot, burns fingers and leaves creases in hair. You're hair deserves better.

Exactly what you would expect with a chi product, heats up quickly and maintains heat.

Cord is long and has a velcro to strap the cord together.

Never pulls hair and straightens fast — one pass is usually enough.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to style their hair and maybe save some money in the long run too!

The best flat iron for the price.

I know that going to the hair stylist can be super pricy, so i was looking for a way to help save her some money.

I wasn’t looking to shell out another $200+, and so the chi’s price point was what was appealing to me.

Repurchased the same one as it works like a gem, would definitely recommend this one over any others on the market.

We started with the chi years ago then switched to another brand for a while.

It’s not nearly as fancy as some of the other brands but it does its job the best.
