Pros

Its quality is unmatched. It heats up quickly, which is a definite plus. Wouldn't trade it for the world.

When used with chi silk infusion it is a winning combination. My hair actually seems to be healthier since i have been using this straightner. Hair stays that way all day even in the humidity.

Cons

Contacted buyer and never got a response. It is unfortunate that people are no longer honest and do not say that they are selling an imitation. This seller is not. They sell defective products!

So much better than the cheap straighteners you can find at target, etc.

I looked every where and it was the chepest here on this website and the exact same quality as the higher priced websites.

I inspected this one from top to bottom comparing it to my original chi that i bought probably 6-7 years ago.

It is not quite as slim as my sister's chi, so wish i would have gotten a different model.
