Pros

This little gem is a breeze to use and the curls actually stay! It's incredibly smooth sailing from there! Omg it’s great!

Everything was packaged nicely. No, i didn't purchase as part of a promotion, i'm just a long time chi-lover because their quality and durability speaks for itself.

I have thick, frizzy hair. I'm in oklahoma, where wind and humidity are a constant.

Cons

When it does it starts beeping and immediately stops to where i have to shut it down and repower it back up. No pros for this.

I love the curl as soon as it comes out of the curler but for my hair it goes flat after a few minutes. This curler produces the same curls that you would get from your traditional curling iron. Very uncoordinated curling tool.
