It's so easy to use and smooths my gray, frizzy hair so it looks like it did in my 30's. My hair is naturally curly, but i have it cut to dry it straight. It smooths away any waves or frizz, and leaves my hair shiny and new!
Heats up in 30 seconds and is easy to use. Power and heat control * are located inside the handle. Has an automatic shut-off button for those who forget.

Cons
I have medium thickness straight hair and it did not glide easily through. A curling iron works better. I use it’s a 10 heat protectant and moroccan oil and my hair has gotten so damaged from this.

Price
I hesitated buying this because of the price, but after using it, it is easy to see that this chi brush is worth every penny!
So that’s $30 plus not having the brush to use for probably a month.
Also i wish it's a bit cheaper but you pay for the quality and ease of use.
Shipping
I would need to pay to ship it to them, plus send them another $15 for shipping a new brush back to me, which would take 10-14 days.
Competitiveness
I tried another and it just didn’t compare.
I’ve tried other brands and my hair always tangled.
My advice is to go with another brand and steer clear of chi.
I find myself reaching for this more than my dyson airwrap, and dyson straightener.

I have extremely thick hair and do a layer at a time 3 total layers and it takes about 15 minutes total for me to get it how i would like
