Pros
The displayed weight matches quite closely the one measured at the hospital, so it seems to be accurate. The scale is very accurate since i use it before having the check by my pediatrician and it shows the same.
Only thing i’m missing is a backlit screen, but not a deal breaker! Definitely was a good buy. Product delivered in a timely manner. No real complaint.
This baby scale is lightweight and foolproof. You see your baby grow when you notice their clothes become more snug. Bought to keep track of baby’s weight gain while clinics are closed due to covid.
The seca does both of these. The memory function is also handy. The scales are easy to use, lightweight and baby is happy to go on them.

Simple to use and not too large and accurate
Infact i always used a handful of times.
I was about to return it as it wouldn’t turn on using the batteries that came with it.
Price
The price is fine for what you get and you can’t put a price on peace of mind!
Worth the money imo especially as i breastfeed and wanted the reassurance that my baby was gaining weight properly.
This is pretty good for the price.
So for the price it's great, and my 1 star penalty shouldn't put you off.
Packaging/appearance
Also note it came with 2aa batteries which were taped into the inner packaging so don't throw that away before removing them!
Competitiveness
Seem accurate compared to gp readings and baby is happy on it.
The benefit of this chicco vs the seca is how compact and flat this is.
I kept the seca as it's the more expensive of the 2 and looks like it will last.

This is a great scale i have used it for my boy and does the job 100 but in total honesty you will not really need it especially if you go to have your baby monitored by the healt supervisormidwife
