Pros
The pillow parts are quite cushiony to help fit an infant. The product is machine washable but i haven't tried that yet. Better cushioning and support than the original.
Cons
Side padding is too thick and does not leave enough room for our small 5lb baby. Could barely fit baby in car seat from the hospital in our chicco key fit. It is the wrong size for most average newborns.
Was worried about suffocation risk. But shipping is pricey and slow. They say it's a licensed product.

The quality is just as expected & i love that it's double sided.
Overall, i am pretty pleased with this product and cannot wait until baby arrives so he can use it!
Plus it looks like it came with the seat.
We lost the head rest that came with the car seat.
Price
Lasted us maybe 2 months with a smaller infant and chicco keyfit 30.
Packaging/appearance
I definitely would not want to use it straight out of the package--the smell was quite overwhelming.
Fits perfectly into the keyfit car seat.

Be careful when unbuttoning though because one of the button snaps became unhinged from the fabric and its impossible to put back on i barely got it back on but its not secure so ill probably have to hot glue the button snap or something
