Pros

The bassinet is light weight, easy to assemble and portable. It’s easy to haul to friends, family get togethers, traveling etc. Easy to put together and great for the bedside or living room.

This thing is amazing. Well made.

Cons

Not pleased with chicco's website or their customer service. Very disappointed. This is the first product that i have been highly disappointed in. I feel this bassinet is a bad incident waiting to happen.

Mesh is rough even for my skin. Readjusting the mattress doesn’t seem to make any difference. It’s also narrow and was worried about the reviews with the mesh making newborns bleed.

It’s very sturdy and does not take up a lot of room at all.

The legs and the part where it attaches did seems like it could’ve been made much more sturdier.

I had a $350 bassinet and returned it for this one.

I also appreciated customer support, they got back to me quickly and shipped a new mattress in a timely fashion.
