Lid and body (and silicone/rubber gasket o-ring). His are on a lanyard in his cable bag and mine are attached to my water bottle! It clips right onto my keyring and holds at least 8-10 pills.
They seem strong and durable and have a decent amount of space inside. The beauty of them being so spacious is that they open themselves up for opportunity for use outside of just carrying pills. Cons:-hard to find any, really.
This xl fob is a lifesaver. I have a couple "rescue" medications that are * disintegrating tablets and both fit. I fold the flat corners inward to size down the packaging.

Cons
Just tossing 6 pills in was not an option. This is a poor design choice for the maker that made these unusable for me. Please beware of trusting your valuable medication to these.
