I read some of the reviews saying it was cheap plastic so i was skeptical i was expecting it to be very light like something really made of plastic but it wasnt

I can see their point in this regard if you are looking for a chandelier that has numerous smaller bulbs that are completely surrounded by the body of the chandelier then this is not for you

First of all the shade is not nearly heavy enough for it to be glass and lead
