As i was looking at the tripod more closely i found that the iphone adapter would unscrew and i could screw the tripod directly into the bottom of my camera just like a regular tripod

Phone tripod mount is the best tripod mount in ther market the tripod is pretty strong for having bendable legs and held the weight of my iphone with an otterbox case and my camera as well
