Perhaps if i had more of the back story from reading other books in this series i may have enjoyed it more
Reading this as a standalone just didnt really work out for me
There was action and suspense but the romance was flat and the characters were not well developed
Debbie mason is an excellent writer and just because this one didnt quite hit the mark for me the only explanation i have is that i should have read other books in this series first
