Pros

Chuckit ball launcher with glowball is amazing. Easy to sidearm a ball 100 feet with a fairly gentle flick and doesn’t bother my shoulder at all.

My dogs love it even more though! They are lightweight plastic and long lasting. My dog loves to fetch.

Cons

Two of the balls from two different suppliers split at the rubber seam on their third throw. It looks to me that the glue holding together the ball seem was inferior.

Not really satisfied with this device. Would really like my money back to get the orginal.

Sorry for the rambling. Not the case. Very frustrated. Very disappointing. Not even close.

Throws the ball downward more often than not. It releases the ball too late, meaning i end up throwing the ball hard right at the ground maybe 20-30 feet away. Doesnt not pick up ball as easy.

This launcher uses a tennis-ball type of material that gets dirty, filled with slobber. If i hold the launcher at an unnatural and non-ergonomic position it hurts my wrist. Used launcher less than a dozen times. The launcher and ball are very heavy.

First thing don't even bother with the ball that it comes with.

It's a little difficult to throw short distance with the ultra but it's easy to whip it very far!

Competitiveness

I do wish it came with a chuckit ultra ball, though.

I got this to replace my size m original blue chuckit launcher that i have had since probably 2009 with my childhood dogs.

Smaller than i expected doesn’t seem to go as far as competitor products.

The other chuckit don't have this soft touch!
