The customer service is top notch. I wish that it had at least 1, preferably 2 usb-c ports. Other than that, it works great. I rated quality of material as a 3, and the overall rating to a 4.

Fits snug under the center console's compartment under the dashboard. Double stick tape for mounting onto any surface.

The plug that goes into my 12 volt adapter to power the unit also displays the current charging voltage. The 3 cigarette lighter slots are great, but depending on what you're plugging in, you might only be able to fit 2 of the 3 items in.

It sometimes disconnects and then reconnects without warning. Won't stay plugged in lighter socket. Even if it is just flashing with no real electrical concern, that flashing is enough of a distraction to make this product unusable while driving.

Don't buy. Absolute junk. Returning for a refund. Dealing with the hassle of returns for this $20 piece of junk doesn't even seem worth it.
