Pros
I do a lot of ab exercises like planks and ab crunches, this trainer makes my core tighter thereby giving me the additional resistance i need to tighten my core.
Cons
Doesn't do much, comparable to working out in a hoodie just less comfortable. Also, the straps are very awkward. It is so weak and small that it is even hard to grip.
