Pros
It's flexible but not as flexible as neoprene. It has the breathable armpit mesh too. Helps get the sweat started when it's time to cut the extra water weight. Less bulky to wear under you workout clothes.
Fits well and snug. I wear xxl shirts ordered an xxl.
Cons
It's honestly built for a twig of a teen, not a man. The stitching on the inside sleeves very poorly done. Because it doesn't stretch, it is too small. But then that defeats the purpose.

I dont recommend wearing these without an undershirttank top of some kind because it can stick to you and become uncomfortable due to the sweat

Usually these polymer sauna suits pss tend to run small with you having to size up by one or two
