Optically its clear without any kind of distortion while having a decent field of view. I like being able to see the cars creeping up on me and this mirror does that well.
Only complaint is that the strap was a bit small for my larger size hand. I wish there was another pair of slots, to run the strap 90 deg orientation. It allows me to keep track of other divers.
This mirror does the job. It works as it's supposed to. But that's something one can do with a dremel tool. The product is fantastic.
Cons
The velcro strap is also too short to easily fit over snowmobile gloves. Strap is clumsy to get on your hand if you are wearing your gloves. Hard to focus on mirror.

Just be careful with the objects in the mirror are closer than they appear.
Some have stated durability issues but i haven't run into this at all.

Great for when your not going to fast and can take one hand off the bar.

If those things are quiet when they come up behind your horse the horse is often startled and could buck the rider off in fear or shy and cause them to fall

I had to drill holes and use zip ties to mount it because nothing bonded with this

It is not a good stationary mirror youre going to have to take your hands off of the bar
